News and Studio Updates

Update - Monday March 30th, 2020

I want to apologize if there was any misunderstanding about our virtual classes. Our virtual classes are our way of keeping our Dancers' Studio family connected and active during this difficult time. The virtual dance program is an option and certainly not required. We hope that your dancer can join us for their class and a fun way to try one of our other many fun classes.

Classes will run through the middle of May in order to bring you the full dance season. April payments will not be processed for families paying monthly. Those dancers who have paid in full, a full April credit will be applied to your account. If you would rather receive a refund for your April payment, please send me an email to dancersstudiomidland@gmail.com.

We have remained hopeful that we could reschedule our recital and photos later in the spring. As each day passes and we follow the updates from our leaders and health officials, we are recognizing it is more and more unlikely that this will happen. We are though waiting on an announcement from the Ministry of Education around this school year before making a final decision and moving forward with processing refunds.

Please know that we are navigating this unprecedented situation as best that we can and thank everyone for their support. I am so gratefully for the Dancers' Studio family and wish nothing but the best for all of you. We will get through this and come out stronger on the other side.

Thank you for your understanding and support during this unprecedented time.

Stay safe

Cathy

ALERT - Saturday March 14th, 2020

In an effort to be pro-active in reducing the transmission of COVID-19, the Dancers Studio will follow the ministerial order issued to school boards and will be closed for an additional 2 weeks after March Break. At this time we plan on extending our regular dance season by 2 weeks however in the meantime we would like to introduce you to a virtual project we are working on...

We have been notified by Drayton Entertainment that we will not have access to the Kings Wharf Theatre for our 30th Annual Recital due to closures as a result of COVID-19. Please be patient with us as we investigate alternate dates and/or venues. We are suspending ticket sales at this time and once we can confirm our annual recital, we will be in contact with all ticket holders to transfer their tickets.

Thank you for your understanding and your patience,

Cathy
