Thank you for your interest in having our dancers perform. Completion of this form does not guarantee that our dancers will be able to perform at the requested event, however, we will make every effort to do so.

You will receive confirmation via e-mail within 7-10 business days regarding whether or not we are able to perform at the event.

The Dancers Studio does not charge for performances however donations are gladly accepted to assist with the costs association with our community performances.
